Farmer’s Delight Mod is a mod that has been designed with the sole intention of improving the system of farming and cooking within Minecraft. Farmer’s Delight Mod implements into the game a multitude of recipes, which will guarantee the players an overall improved farming and cooking system; we are aware of people’s tiresomeness having to play around with obsolete features such as farming and cooking, so Farmer’s Delight Mod brings about new edible items to increase players excitement every time their hunger bar goes down; consequently you, as a player, will have to work in a stressful environment for delicious meals that will make you appreciate your local farmers even more
Farmer’s Delight is a clever addition on both farming and cookery in Minecraft. It also includes some new ornamental but functional kitchen equipment like stoves and food storage blocks in addition to a number of helpful tools and cooking implements to create new crops and delectable recipes.
Knives are the first thing you should make. They come in five different tiers and will assist you in foraging for new goods from grazing animals to collect leather and feathers or on grassy plants to get straw. Additionally, you can later use the knives to dish out the various foods you make!
Straw is made from grass or wheat, and it can be used to construct rope, which can then be used to make animal leads or just to safely descend or rise from one location. Additionally, you can build safety nets that will deflect your falls without causing any harm!
Using this mod, you can use composting to create rich soil. Rich soil will naturally increase crop yields without the need of bonemeal. You’ll need blocks of compost close to a water source and sunlight to create rich soil. After some time has passed, just wait for the soil to begin to generate so that you can till it into rich farmland that is prepared for planting crops.
This mod also makes all crops, including tomatoes, onions, and cabbage, grow wild. You can build a farm by foraging for these plants, which are also found in village homes and shipwrecks. Although they won’t be fantastic to eat when you find them in the wild, they make excellent beginning plants because you can grow their seeds to sow in your new fertile farms.
This mod really shines in the kitchen, where it encourages you to use your ingenuity to become a true Minecraft cook. And the cooking pot is where it all begins. When you right click it, it performs a similar function to a crafting table by displaying a crafting grid. It will need a heat source underneath, and this mod also includes a stove to maintain the aesthetic appeal of your kitchen. To open the grid where you can enter up to six items per dish, click the cooking pot. Here, you can use your freshly gathered crops to cook a variety of stews, pasta dishes, or rice dishes. Most of the time, you’ll also need a bowl, and the cooking grid has a spot for one. Each cooked meal will replenish your appetite while also providing a boost of comfort or nourishment.
Even your dogs and horses will receive additional benefits like speed and strength when you prepare food for them.
You may also slice off pieces of your food to add to stews, or to make sandwiches and burgers, using the cutting board. Simply lay your meat or vegetable on the cutting board and grab your knife you built earlier to start chopping. You will receive a few pieces along with some bonemeal if it is chicken or fish.
Then you can use these slices to make chicken sandwiches, hamburgers, or even mutton wraps by mixing them with bread and vegetables. All of them can be put together using common crafting grids.
Along with the ability to stack your vegetables into crates, this patch also includes pantry storage. Simply arrange nine of them in a grid to create chic crates for your kitchen decor. Additionally, the pantries have a capacity of 27 items and available in a range of wood finishes to suit any style.
