How to change light level in-game?
Hold down left mouse button on a block with a wand in hand, or cast “Psi: Cast Assistance Device” from Psi (if it is installed). You will see an outline of light level 2 or higher around the block. Right click on it, and you will see a GUI with sliders for each light level (0-15). Drag them to set your desired levels for that block. You can also use “/psi light set <block> <light level>” command instead of GUI, if you prefer that way.
