A: The old version just didn’t work out. I spent too much time trying to fix the bugs in it, and I just gave up. I’m starting over from scratch, this time with more knowledge of how Minecraft works under the hood.
Q: Will this mod be compatible with _____?
A: It will be compatible with anything that doesn’t modify vanilla movement code. This means that if you use Optifine or any other mod that adds new types of blocks to minecraft, it will not be compatible with those mods at all.
Q: What about animal mobs?
A: They don’t have a concept of “dodging” like players and NPCs do, so they won’t dodge attacks when you turn on Elenai Dodge 2 Mod for them. However, they will still be able to run away from you if you attack them, even if you don’t have the mod installed.
Q: How will animal mobs move around?
A: They’ll use vanilla movement code like they do currently, which means that their movements won’t be affected by Elenai Dodge 2 Mod at all.
