FindMe Mod 1.19.2, 1.18.2 and 1.12.2 adds a key search feature that allows you to quickly locate items in nearby inventories.
Using this mod is simple. Hover over the item you’re looking for (compatible with JEI), and press the “Y” key (default) to activate the search. Cloud particles will spawn in the inventories that contain the item you’re looking for. You can adjust the range of the search in the mod’s configuration settings.
This mod needs to be installed on both the client and the server for it to work properly. The search feature is based on the search feature from Extra Utilities 2. Say goodbye to inventory clutter and hello to a more efficient gameplay experience with the FindMe Mod.
How to install FindMe Mod
- Download the latest version of Minecraft Forge
- Download the FindMe Mod
- Open the Minecraft launcher and select the Forge profile
- Click on the “Mods” button, which will open the mods folder
- Drag and drop the downloaded FindMe Mod file into the mods folder
- Run Minecraft with the Forge profile selected
- To use the mod, simply hover over an item in an inventory and press the “Y” key (by default) to search for that item in nearby inventories. Cloud particles will appear in the inventories that have that item, making it easier to find
