Creative Wireless Transmitter is compatible with existing wireless transmitters of different mods (Eg: Thermal Expansion, Ender IO…) and you can use them to send your items to your receiver or across dimensions. It should also work with other mod’s wireless receiver too!

How do I use Creative Wireless Transmitter?
You can use Creative Wireless Transmitter in 3 ways:
1 – If you want to send items from a chest, use the Creative Wireless Transmitter on the chest. Then you can use the Creative Wireless Receiver on any other receiver or another dimension to receive your items.
2 – If you have an existing wireless transmitter that doesn’t work across dimensions or with Refined Storage, you can place it and then place a Creative Wireless Receiver on top of it to make it work across dimensions too! You should be able to do this with other mod’s wireless transmitter too (if they work with vanilla blocks).
3 – You can also press “Del” while holding the creative wireless transmitter in your hand to delete it. This will not delete anything else around it but only itself.
